A More Complete Beast – 21 Convention Speech (2017)

I’m pleased to announce that the full video recording of my speech at last year’s 21 Convention in Orlando, Florida is now available through 21 University. The title, “A More Complete Beast,” is a riff on a quote from Nietzsche’s Beyond Good and Evil:

“At the commencement, the noble caste was always the barbarian caste : their superiority did not consist first of all in their physical, but in their psychical power—they were more complete men (which at every point also implies the same as “more complete beasts”)…”

The speech sketches out some of the key ideas I am developing for my next book, and deals with using some of Nietzsche’s thoughts on the concept of nobility and master morality as aspirational ideals — “virtues” for men who want to live masculine lives in spite of this “upside down world.”

This presentation is something I am very proud of, and it is full of ideas that I am most excited about right now. I hope many of my readers and followers will take the time to watch it.

You can watch it by signing up for a free trial membership to 21 Studios, a great resource for men that features a ton of helpful videos that are focused on achieving success, rather than complaining and ressentiment.
